R & A Innovation’s delivery service is available for the following areas: Hong Kong and China. The delivery arrangement and fees are varied according to different locations. Please read the delivery terms of the related region carefully before making an order.

Delivery service in Hong Kong

Charges:

Customers can enjoy free delivery service for any order with spending of $600HKD or above. Otherwise, a delivery surcharge of $60HKD applies (not applicable for special areas).

Please fill in the delivery address and contact information correctly. Check again before making an order.

Delivery service covers residential and commercial addresses.

If tropical cyclone warning signal no. 8 or above, or black rainstorm warning signal is issued on the scheduled day, Delivery would be re-scheduled and re-announced.

Delivery Hours：

Order cut-off time is 15:00pm (included weekends), delivery would be arranged on next day if an order made after 15:00pm.

Delivery process in Hong Kong would be completed within 7 days after making the order under normal circumstances.

Orders made after order cut-off time on the day before Hong Kong and Japan public holiday, or during holiday, delivery date would be postponed accordingly.

After delivery time is confirmed, if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated the delivery time, the goods would be sent back to our company. Our company would charge the customer $100HKD for late delivery if recipient failed to accept delivery and need to rearrange the delivery day. Extra additional fee would be charged for bulky goods such as hospital beds or geriatric chairs.

For security purpose, R & A Innovation would not left the goods unattended as the customer’s request. Please accept delivery at designated time as we will try our very best to make the delivery on time.

Bulky goods delivery：

Wheelchairs, Geriatric Chairs and other bulky items

If the delivery address is out of reach by lift or elevator, in which our staffs need to make delivery by stairs, an additional fee of $50HKD will be charged for each floor, at a maximum of $500HKD(each bulky item).

Hospital Beds

If the delivery address is out of reach by lift or elevator, (or the lift is too small to carry the bed), in which our staffs need to make delivery by stairs, an additional fee of $200HKD for each floor, at a maximum of $800HKD (each bed).

Changing Delivery information：

-  Style, Color, address and delivery date are not changeable after customers have confirmed delivery information.

-  If customers request for adding extra products, customers need to make an new order.

Surcharge of remote area：

Order with spending of $5000HKD or above: Tung Chung ($250), Ma Wan ($120), Discovery Bay ($500), and Outlying Islands ($500).

Delivery Time：

2-4 working days are needed for delivery.

SF Express courier would contact the customer to confirm delivery day and time once the goods arrived.

If the goods could not be delivered for the first time, SF Express reserve the right to decide whether deliver the goods again or return it to service station until having another rearrangement.

In the case of 3 trial of delivery, or contacting recipient for 3 times, it would be seen as failure delivery.

Customer should follow the policies of SF Express Corporation at the same time. R & A Innovation will not be responsible for all disputes between SF Express and customers during the delivery.

Overseas Delivery Service:

Make another arrangement with the company.

Delivery Service in China:

Make another arrangement with the company.

Pick up at store:

No surcharge for store pick up.

Customers would receive notification email within 24 hours after a successful purchase. The products will be ready for pickup by 7 working days after the order is made. Customer should visit the selected store and pick up the products within 14days, or otherwise it will be forfeited.

Please provide the picker’s name, phone number and payment notice (for bank transfer only) when picking up the products at store.
